Requirements for participation:
The dynamic is open for entrepreneurship projects developed in the State of Jalisco. These projects must be led by at least one woman representing them and playing a pivotal role in their development.
Neither collaborators of the Organizer (Puntoasterisco) nor current customers of Puntoasterisco can participate.
2. The organizer shall:
PUNTOASTERISCO S.C. organizes the dynamic with an address in Av. Parque Juan Diego #538-A, Chapalita, Zapopan, Jalisco.
3. Agreement to accept the Official Rules:
Participation in the dynamic implies full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and the instructions available on the pages.
4. The period of validity:
The dynamic is in effect from March 7, 2019, its publication date.

The first allows participants to send their proposals by email by March 22, 2019, at 7 p.m.
They are published On March 29 through our social networks to the three finalist projects. Its leaders will be invited to present a pitch of their project, which will be evaluated by two members of Puntoasterisco and two external guest specialists in related topics.
The winning project will be published on April 12 as part of our 15th anniversary.
5. How to Participate:
Register your entry by sending a document outlining your entrepreneurial project to crea@puntoasterisco.com by March 22, 2019, at 7:00 pm. Consider the three evaluation criteria (listed later in this document) to select the winner and ensure you have information to support each of these criteria.
Include in your email complete contact details (First name, Last name. Project name. Contact numbers. Email).
6. Limitations:
Only entries with complete project information will be accepted.
Puntoasterisco will not be responsible for emails that the finalists do not receive for reasons external to the Organizer.
Once contacted, the contest's finalist must accept an appointment scheduled during the second week of April. If you do not show up on the agreed day, present your Pitch and qualify your project.
Participants can contact the Organizer at (33)3121-2644 from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. to answer their questions.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify in its sole discretion any participant who manipulates, violates, or attempts to exploit or violate the procedures of the Contest or these Official Rules.
The prize is not transferable to other people or other projects. The prize cannot be exchanged for other Puntoasterisco services.
7. Assignment of Rights, Advertising Authorization, and Disclaimer:
For promotional purposes in any existing or future media worldwide, without triggering an obligation for the Organizer to request additional authorization or pay any amount to the winner. The participant’s consent must enter the contest to use personal data such as the project's name, photographs, statements about the competition, the organizer, and/or prizes. At the same time, the organizer agrees to keep confidential only the company project specifications and sensitive data that could put the project at a disadvantage before the competition.
8. Selection of the winning project:
Of all the emails received, three semi-finalist projects will be selected by an internal jury of Puntoasterisco. These semifinalists will be announced on March 29, 2019, through our social networks.
The semi-finalists must present their "pitch" in person before a selection committee made up of two members of Puntoasterisco and two external guest experts in related topics.
The evaluation criteria shall be:
a. The viability of the commercial success of the project.
b. Social impact that the project may have on our society.
c.How your personal story inspires us.
The committee will select a final winning project, announced on April 12, 2019.
9. Award:
Puntoasterisco will generate the development of a Logo, Institutional Stationery Design, and Design of a Digital Corporate Presentation for the winning project.
10. Other than:
We will develop the project under the standard Puntoasterisco processes. Puntoastserisco will not absorb additional costs such as trademark registration or other services not established in the award.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest in case of fraud, technical difficulties, or any other cause beyond the Organiser’s control that may compromise the Contest's integrity as determined by the Organiser in its sole discretion. The Contest is subject to all state, federal, local, state laws, rules, or regulations of all jurisdictions and will not be valid where it is legally prohibited. The invalidity of one or more clauses herein shall not affect the validity and validity of the other provisions.
11. Applicable Law:
Except where expressly prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the construction, validity, interpretation, compliance with the Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrant and Organizer shall be governed by the laws of the States of Mexico, which shall be the exclusive law for all purposes.Shall bring any legal action relating to these Official Rules before the competent courts of the State of Jalisco, Mexico.
12. Official Rules. List of Winners:
The winner grants permission to publish in social networks and mass media that Puntoasterisco considers relevant for the promotion and dissemination of the contest. These photographs are generated at the time of the award.
